That 4 countries weren't included in Trump's Universal tariffs.... They Russia, Belorussia, North Korea and Cuba... Feeling sold out yet?

Does the USA import anything from, or export anything to, those countries anyway?

It has applied sanctions against Russia at least but even if they "work" they won't help America much. They are not designed to do that.
