Do you think Donald Trump will throw Eric under the bus and then file a lawsuit against him?

I think Trump has 3 choices on how to handle the 175 million dollar bond screw up.
He could say it was his fault. He could say it was his legal teams fault. Or he could throw Eric under the bus and try to make a little money well the wheels on the bus go round and round. Eric was in charge of securing the bond so maybe Trump will blame him and sue him for mismanaging his business/legal affairs. Cheers and happy weekend!
I don't see how he could. This "Knight Specialty" deal smells 100% like Donald conning a new mark.
The New York Attorney General Thursday challenged a $175 million surety bond posted by Donald Trump in a civil fraud case.

The “notice of exception” filed by New York Attorney General Letitia James calls into question the financial ability of the insurer to perform under the bond and the collateral behind the deal.

Knight Specialty Insurance Co., a Delaware-domiciled excess and surplus lines unit of Knight Insurance Group, confirmed earlier this week that it had provided the bond to Mr. Trump, preventing the Attorney General from seizing Mr. Trump’s assets. Knight Specialty is part of the Hankey Group of Cos., a Los Angeles-based financial services group.
Did Mr Hankey have any awareness of the New York State insurance regulations? Seems unlikely, based on the following facts.
The filing in a New York trial court says the state “hereby takes exception to the sufficiency of the surety” and notes that Knight Specialty is operating “without a certificate of qualification” required by New York insurance law section 1111.

It calls on Mr. Trump or Knight Specialty to file a motion to “justify the surety” within 10 days, or the bond will not be in effect except that the surety “shall remain liable on the Bond until a new undertaking is given and allowed,” according to the notice.

As a nonadmitted insurer, Knight Specialty is not regulated by New York state and is not required under insurance law to be licensed by the New York Department of Financial Services to write in the E&S market. Therefore, it is unable to request the certificate of qualification from the New York regulator.

In a separate filing Thursday, Mr. Trump’s lawyers posted financial information about Knight Specialty and Knight Specialty Insurance Co. Ltd., a Cayman Islands-licensed reinsurer also owned by Hankey Group.
In short, the company listed on the bond, Knight Specialty of Delaware, doesn't have enough cash on hand to guarantee the bond. So Mr Hankey listed another of his companies, "a Cayman Islands-licensed reinsurer" that allegedly has more cash in hand.

Of course the state wants to see the details of this "Cayman Islands-licensed reinsurer." Why do you base a business in the Caymans? To HIDE the operational details from nosy governments. And now Mr Hankey has to either open his Cayman Island books to NY state, or abandon Trump at a point well past the deadline for providing the bond.

I think Hankey, like so many before him, will rue the day he ever made any sort of deal with Trump.

@ElwoodBlues This shady-from-the-word-Go! bond surety is getting more and more shady by the minute. AG James is calling the bond and a hearing has been set. I wonder just how deep and wide spread this latest fraud runs?

Meanwhile, TRUTH Social continues to hemorrhage The Apricot Antichrist’s “fortune.”

@ElwoodBlues And Hanley claims that Quad Indicted paid him in cash and that he [Hankey] doesn’t know where QI got the cash. This could all be one giant money laundering scam.

There are “know your customers “ laws that must be adhered to.

He already has thrown Eric and Junior under the bus—and had it back up and run over them again throughout the trial.
You need professional help
Of course he will. He doesn't respect anybody who doesn't blindly obey him.
