Yep..Verified. So now the Trumpster fire is begging the NY court not to proceed with the sale of his assets, (which is due to start in a couple of weeks). And this is where you need to read between the lines. A bond insurance company like Chubb will normally need marketable securities, such ad cash, bonds or blue chips to secure a bond.. But Trump could get around this by mortgaging a building or two, then using that cash.......IF he actually had any equity in his properties left. Which brings me to a point I made some time ago. That Trumps properties may already be on the hole for more than they are actually worth, due to some dodgy accounting and some "special;" off the books loans from Russian banks and his mate Vlad. @AmericanAvenger Its hard to explain that without itemizing how lazy and corrupted the US finincial markets and regulators are. But let me say this. In my country back in the 1980s a rich businessman (who actually financed the Australian win of the yachting race, the Americas Cup) started applying his own valuations to his many commercial properties, without using proper valuers and complying with regulations. (sound familiar?) He was found guilty of fraud and did a couple of years in jail after developing some mysterious mental incapacity. (Sound familiar yet?) The guy has been trying to sell investments in South African gold and diamond mines ever since..😷

@whowasthatmaskedman What does that have to do with what is done and has been done in America for years? Why does it seem that Australians always have an excessive interest in American politics? If you are not American, many of us dont care what you think as it doesn't matter.

@Northwest It’s a “risk vs reward” assessment. Quad Indicted is a gigantic credit risk. Look at his history of tax evasion, fraud, bankruptcies, and continual lying. Why do you think QI keeps trying to get the bond payment reduced? You knows [b][i]any money he personally fronts will be forfeited [/i][/b]. QI knows he has [b][i]no chance [/i][/b]of winning an appeal.

A little less than a year ago, Trump swore under oath that he had the money. Will perjury be added to his crimes??

Developers usually don’t have cash. They have assets, not cash. We have, I believe, 400 plus and going up very substantially every month.”
