Bond Insurance companies will cover a bond, based on the estimate of the individual's ability to cover it. Perhaps you should start by understanding that. In other words, so you can start grasping it: they don't think his net worth is capable of covering $464 Mil.

@Northwest It’s a “risk vs reward” assessment. Quad Indicted is a gigantic credit risk. Look at his history of tax evasion, fraud, bankruptcies, and continual lying. Why do you think QI keeps trying to get the bond payment reduced? You knows any money he personally fronts will be forfeited . QI knows he has no chance of winning an appeal.
