Another one bites the dust

Jenna Ellis, one of Trumps lawyer, indicted in the Georgia Voting machine RICO charges has just rolled and tearlfully pled guilty in exchange for a plea deal. Thats 4 down, 15 to go...And we havent gotten to the court steps yet... The funny thing about RICO is that once you get one to plead guilty its so much easier to get other guilty verdicts, because no one can dispute it actually happened..In this case 4 people say it did..😷

@DrWatson Maybe. But what she's said in the past, and what she clearly did, I'm not sure she was duped as much as she was a willing participant. I could be wrong but I believe each of them knew that the election wasn't truly 'stolen.' There had already been numerous commissions showing that it wasn't true. But she still pushed forward. So...yeah. Too bad for her.

@whowasthatmaskedman I've always felt she was pushing for FOX gig. Not sure if even they would touch her now. Maybe she'll end up on Newsmax.

@Ynotisay I suspect there is something in that. Its not as if other women (in particular) have not stood next to Trump hoping for a spotlight. A certain Arkansas governor comes to mind..😷

@whowasthatmaskedman doing a plea deal this is pulling the rug from under trump . when they give evidence against trump this just maybe enough too put another nail in his coffin and push him into a white suite with arrows on

@smiler2012 I agree. The Prosecutor would dearly love to have 18 deals and one defendent on the stand at trial. Trump.. And I think it will be close to that..😷

Trump will never spend a single night behind bars and he knows it. He has access to money and power and that is all that matters in America.

@hunkalove Like you I doubt he will spend time behind bars. Home detention is most likely given the Security issues surrounding an ex president. But I think the next year or two will see the unravelling of his empire and we will find out how hollow it is. There wont be a lot of money in there...😷

i think they took a plea deal because the worst verdict might happen. when you have a corrupt legal system, you can't get a fair trial.

@akindheart A plea deal is also way cheaper than paying a lawyer to defend you. Particularly if you know you did what they claim you did..😷

@MarineBob of course.. All the boxes will have to be ticked..But I think we both now these things usually go through..The only one that may have a hitch is the Cannon trial in Florida over the Mar a Lago papers..😷
