The DOJ asked the Court to unseal the Trump Search warrant?

That's rich, and weird as hell.

I'm not buying that it actually makes Garland "partisan" politically, but it's a great move for the prosecution bound by law and custom working against a potential criminal/suspect who's willing to lie about anything and everything and never be subjected to perjury.

We'll see how it plays out.

Edit: Transcript of Garland's remarks:

I also do not feel that it makes Garland partisan, per sé. I suspect he is doing it in order to avoid charges of partisanship. If everyone can see what is in the warrant, it is less likely that those who are crying witch hunt will continue to do so.

@CorvusBlackthorne I think you're right and it's a wise decision. He's also pushing back on what his department is facing. It's IMPOSSIBLE for cult members to comprehend that some live their lives in service and facts.
@CorvusBlackthorne Yup, but Garland just put the burden back on Trump in terms of "proving" his crap about rougue FBI agents, partisan witch hunts, and even planting evidence.

I'm pleasantly surprised by Garland not sitting back and letting Trump lie to his slobbering inbred base without answer.

@MistyCee It has been proven beyond the shadow of a doubt that ignoring Donald will not make him go away.
