Ever question what you see on the news?

The Deep State decides it doesn't want Trump to run again so it cooks up some charge about Trump "failed"to turn over some personal letters and a few dinner napkins and a menu so they get a search warrant from a judge who was a client of Epstein and raid Trump's home. They pretty much leave with the few things they came for and from what we can gather little else but the entire raid is the build up to getting an indictment against Trump so he can not run again. However what this really shows is just how far down the road to tyranny the US has fallen. This kind of political violence happens in some failed state banana republic where laws are meant to be ignored or just fabricated on the spot. You know places like Ukraine that shut down its opposition or Cuba or Venezuela. The US is no longer the light on the hill. It has fallen. Can it be reinvigorated?

I dont usually comment on politics, but like, I have been there. The deep state, the great reset, anti-white racism, the depopulation theory, FBI racial statistics, the whole nine yards. I was an InfoWars watcher, and was wholly convinced that Obama was going to kill us all, guided of course by the mighty hand of Klaus Schwabb and the WEF. I was so convinced that I bought a lot of silver so Fed couldnt ruin me like they would the rest of America. I was in independent thinker, i didnt get my news from Alex Jones, or Fox News, I just heard theories, and I did my own "research", which often backed up those theories.

It took a long time for me to understand the nuances of what was happening, that I was involved in a cycle wherein I was not seeking truth, I was seeking validation, that my persecution was not imaginary. It wasnt until a friend of mine pressed, and pressed, and pressed, for literally more than a day of just talking on this one topic, "what is the deep state?", "okay, but who are they?", over and over, till I finally realized its a poor re-hash of the same old Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion bullshit. Whos the deep state? The shadow government. Okay, whos the shadow government? The Fed, the Banks, the Corporations all financing political races and controlling our lives through manipulation of our Great Nation. But who are these people in the Fed, in the Banks, in the Corporations? Well, guess who were told is the mastermind. You got it! The deep state is an antisemitic con, the great replacement is some 14:88 bullshit.

And it hurts to see so many people here who ive genuinely enjoyed being around for years, seem suddenly so filled with hate for their countrymen that simple acts are stages for explosive debate and ridicule. I hope you guys can see that, and remember, E Pluribus Unum.

@Moosepantspatty This was a powerful, honest confession. I'm glad you were able to free yourself from such rigid thinking and can approach information more judiciously and fairly. I hate to see how truly caustic and vitriolic people are turning towards each other

@TinyViolins its some shit man, going down that hole is painful and isolating, and the world laughing at you just pushes you towards those who are actively involved in those movements. Its a really scary place to be, emotionally.

@Moosepantspatty I get it, man. These web forums where everybody is backing you up can be an addicting trap to fall into. The real world looks at you and treats you like you're crazy when you bring up these extreme claims, so the only comfort you can find is with the same people who share these beliefs.

People are coalescing around narrower and narrower online communities because they want to believe so strongly that they're right
