Evil implies a greater force at work, while Trump is just a piece of shit. You don't need a greater force to be a piece of shit. You can perform evil acts and nobody is without even the tiniest bit of goodness, even if largely they are a complete piece of shit. Hell, even Hitler loved animals. I'm sure Trump even has some minute piece of goodness in him, though for the most part, he is a disillusion piece of shit who should have been drowned at birth.
