It saddens me that Julian Assange is being left to rot in a UK prison

What it shows me is that whistle blowers are despised by the establishment and those in power will do all they can to muffle them.

I learned this lesson long, long ago. The world is an incredibly unfair place. Good, honest, hardworking people don't get ahead or live long while lying, thieving, cheating, fast mouthed people keep their ill-gotten gains, live long healthy lives and don't see the inside of a jail cell more than 24 hours. I don't like it anymore than anyone else, but shit's gonna get a lot worse before it gets any better. Not holding my breath.

The only way to get ahead in this world is to screw other people. I refuse to do that.

@Entwistle That's like saying a murderer also got charged with speeding from the scene of the crime. He wasn't out to expose his version of war crimes. Clearly.
