The statement "pretty girls should always smile" is a problematic and outdated notion that suggests women, particularly those who are considered attractive, should constantly present themselves in a cheerful and pleasant manner.
This idea is rooted in societal expectations and beauty standards that can be damaging and limiting.💁🏼♂

I don't have a version. I do think that happy people in general look more attractive than sulking, angry, or sad people.
WillaKissing · 56-60, M
Yeah, and when you smile most guys immediately think she likes me or wants me when you are just being friendly. When a pretty girl does not smile then the guys that would hit on her or pester her for smiling leave her alone thinking she already has a man, and she is not into me that whole pretty girls and smile is a mess.
Rilyn · 31-35, F
@WillaKissing Yeah. A mess. As usual.
BlackPetals · 18-21, F
I would agree with that logic.
MrAverage1965 · 61-69, M
It implies that being pretty is enough to make you happy but we all know that's not true. Just the same as money doesn't guarantee happiness.
