Looks like I was one of the fortunate ones. I was able to have both. The clubhouse will always hold a spot in my memory. So many adventures, so many happenings, and built with some of my best friends. The go-kart on the other hand, which ended up being several over the years, didn't have the same appeal to me as a clubhouse. Just my thoughts. 🧒🏻
