Opening the doors was fun

I knew what I was wading into when I made my posts this morning and was not disappointed. I was also pleasantly happy to see that I am not alone with my feelings.

So I am still a reasonably balanced person who is also hateful, hypocritical and unwilling to accept accountability.

Ii haven't shut any of them out completely. But I don't blame those who do. It's a lot of stress and anxiety to suffer them. But yeah, don't expect consistency from that crowd. They have a tendency to just throw as much as possible out to see if anything impacts.

If they are actually decent people who have been misguided and don't truly understand the impacts their beliefs and votes have created, I'll give a pass. It's the ones who scream that I'm a horrible person because I haven't fallen for the propaganda they've based their entire character and core values on.

The funny thing is, they all think I'm a liberal, but I'm not that either. I am far more left than even they think left can reach. I just want every person to thrive, be prosperous in their own ways, happy and at peace. Sadly, that makes me a horrible person to them. 🤷‍♀

@FoxyQueen I'm in the same boat there. I hear them call moderate democrats radical leftists and realize just how narrow their world view really is.

@ViciDraco It really is. I was just discussing how people have favored these really minute bits of information and apply them liberally to all issues. Like, that is not how the world works. There are often a variety of reasons things are the way they are, some more influential than others, but still affecting the outcome. If all you want to see is a microbite of the issue, you are allowing yourself to be led by someone else. And if someone else is leading you, they really don't have anything good planned for you.
