@peterlee thank you for the advice! Yes, I have to watch every thing I eat. For ice cream I limit myself to Blue bell little ice cream cups, and try to limit the eating to my low glucose episodes. Or just eat one to two of those little cups that are about 2x2inches in size

@RedBaron I don't think of God as an old man in the sky, I think of God as being more of a force that we can't define, so even attempting to define God would fall short, but God is the most commonly used word for "him", and I most definitely am grateful to be part of what I consider "his" positive force. You don't have to agree with me in any way. I get that you don't.

@Mindful Actually, your description of a more abstract entity is similar to what I believe. I just have difficulty with ascribing human qualities as many people do, even using the male gender.
