I am so grateful

To God that I don't have to have surgery. I fell on my left shoulder. And it's been hurting since the fall. But All I have is a "frozen shoulder" according to the surgeon, which is great news. This just means I'm afraid of moving it because it was hurt therefore it has become stiff. Serious stretching and therapy will resolve this!

Do you take a lot of medication?

@Arrow17 no not really, why? Well maybe, I'm diabetic. So I take insulin. And have high blood pressure take something for that, and take something for cholesterol.

You need a fascia tissue release from a skilled therapist.
I had it done almost 30 years ago when I dislocated my shoulder and the Therapist worked on my shoulder twice, and I was able to raise my hand up in the air completely.

@Slavem thanks! I got a script for PT. I'll see what that word matches what they propose!
