Maintaining my peace [I Am Grateful]
I'm feeling a little angry at my ex today, and for no reason really. Just out of the blue, and it's late at night. I thought about how he might be doing right now and just got mad. I decided to take time to say some "I am grateful" affirmations to get my head into a better space. No need to hang on to those negative emotions.
I have everything I need right now. My life is full of love and support. I am moving on to new and exciting possibilities. I am kind and seek to share that kindness with others. I am doing everything I can right now to maintain peace.
