I Am Grateful

Feeling wonderful! Loving life! Breathing in my successes for the day... like, really taking them in!

I'm working on being less hard on myself and focusing on the positive. I believe that maintaining a positive attitude is like working a muscle. The more you utilize it, the easier it is to put it into action for the future, and the stronger that attitude will become.

Anyways, continuing to focus on my accomplishments, study them, and apply what I've learned from them in other areas. A mistake is just another lesson learned, never something to keep me down. I'm grateful for this momentum and energy, and I'm going to work hard to keep it going!

My Buddhist teacher had a similar concept. Broadening neural pathways of more positive attitudes
