Poor hygeine - co-worker

Again with the co-workers, in a similair situation, if you worked with someone who had bad breath and body
odour, how would you bring it up, like respectfully and what would you say to him, or them?

Depends on the work environment. Where I work, if I said that to someone I’d be reprimanded. They would rather have you bring it up to mgmt. my personal opinion, I feel like I should be able to tell my coworker if they have poor hygiene. It’s a basic life skill, learn it lol.

@TimeStandingStill I think even management would have a hard time bringing it up though. I mean who wants to open THAT can of worms? Kind of for the same reason the DMV does not question really fat people when they lie about their weight. Falisfying a govt document is illegal but even THEY won't touch that one. Let alone some manage at a work place when some employee be stankin.

No easy way to broach that subject.
If you had to, when they walk in the room just holler, "What is that awful smell?!"

Luckily I do not work with anyone who suffers stinkiness but there IS one fat guy who doesn't know how to pull up his pants so he shows off like a mile's worth of butt crack and it is gross.

No easy way to handle it. If you’ve worked together very long though, it’s just a flat out dood take a shower, while your at it brush those teeth..

@Sirena Yeah, it was a 16 year old trainie that had the balls to speak up, he said the guy stunk, had bad breath and ate too many donuts on the job. As he was carrying a lot of middle aged spread.

If you had a good raptor with them I would bring it up discreetly preferably at the end of the day or even away from work. Kindly tell them that they should consider showering longer and washing their clothes with better soap. These suggestions should be taken kindly and fix the problem. If they are a dick then just report them to your employer and let it happen.
