Well yes, like anything when taken to toxic extremes it becomes a thing. It's okay to have a shitty day and admit you have no motivation. It's okay to feel negative sometimes. The key is to have a base of gratitude, a core of faith, and a balanced outlook. And, above all be honest. Just don't be toxic about it. Otherwise, that will become a thing.
