you don't need me to tell you gas prices are rising, energy bills will be big in the coming months...but if you are like me on low income, only on benefits, how to deal with the rising energy bills....i am in debt for 152 pounds i owe to my electric bill, i can't afford to pay it right now so i told them i'd pay it in 2 weeks when i next get paid..
