Have you ever held a gun?

I did once when I was a teen. I thought it was tough and decided to jump and rob the local drug dealer. We had numbers on our side and honestly none of us imagined it could’ve ended that bad, I look back and realise how bad it coulda been now, someone coulda died. But we did it anyway. It got physical between him and an older friend of ours and I seen he had it tucked in the back of his pants and I grabbed it out and ran off with it. I kept it for a few days but I got scared so I walked past his house and threw it into his back garden. I didn’t see him again after that night for a long time and I’m glad I didn’t, by time he seen me again he either forgot or didn’t recognise me

You don't want to be mistaken for a far right gun nut maybe don't make exactly the same arguments and excuses.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Just want to say I was out of line insulting you personally. But I get angry because this kind of shit is dangerous and puts other people at risk. Like that incident in Jasper in August where someone put an entire park full of hikers and park rangers in danger all because some idiot got the idea to get in a gun fight with a bear.
