I am a moderate

Socially and politically. I don’t like extremes of left wing or right wing positions. I don’t know if I would want Kamala Harris as president but she would have been better than Donald trump. While I know someone who voted for Donald trump because of economic policies I will never understand that way of thinking. I don’t hate trump supporters exactly but I find their mindset on average to be too populist. The only thing I agree with the right wing on is right to bear arms and self defense common sense. I’m a light shade of blue in politics called outsider left typology. Things like universal healthcare for example I support. I’m also religiously moderate and believe strongly the separation of church and state in becoming more spiritual than religious.

If I'm being honest, I don't know if I can call myself a moderate really. I'm more a closeted radical. I did vote for Trump but it might not be why you think. I don't think Harris would be a better choice, but again maybe not for why you might expect.

What was that prayer about courage to change the things I can, wisdom to know the difference?

I've tried to talk to maga the decent way but the people on here are too lost. There's actually not a lot of maga on here, there's a few who admitted they had dozens of profiles. There's probably only like 10 or so but with two or three profiles each and it's always the same people with the same vocab.

@SatanBurger Ooh can you DM me? I would love to know some of the MAGAts with multiple profiles so I can block en masse!

@SW-User I dm'd you 😃
Trump isn’t the status quo…

That’s why he appeals.

Ppl all over are sick of their career politicians enriching themselves while selling the countries economy out..

Hate trump all you want ppl..

But at least try to be a little miffed at everyone else in DC been laundering your tax dollars thru USAID…

Just a little miffed at least

Kamala would have been a complete disaster. She has alliance to US citizens. Just look at how she managed the borders, sex change for inmates, men in women's prison. Not to mention the continued theft of tax payer dollars. You really need to talk to someone, soon.

The current regime is trying to put religion back into the state's business, and ours by extension, Christianity specifically. It also has no intention of prioritizing healthcare.

If we don't get involved politically, this is not going to change.
SatanBurger · 36-40, F
@Northwest If we don't get involved it will get worse. Even a Reagan appointed judge just rebuked Trump and said it has been the worst discrimination he's seen yet. And that's unusual for a judge to say. Which is kinda worrying

You sound almost reasonable ... even rational.

Problem is, no one on this site who considers themselves "political" gives a damn about those viewpoints.

Good luck ✌
@GuiltyBiStander I think a lot of people here do.

The left believe in the right to bear arms as well...they simply want to apply common sense to it by restricting them from those that should not have them (mentally challenged, criminals, etc).
GerOttman · 70-79, M
@PHlover19701 you already have most of that last part locked up. it's not specifically working very well, but the laws are already there for the most part. also, I can't help but observe you vastly understate the restrictions currently in place and supported by most of the liberal persuasion.
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@PHlover19701 The right to bear arms comes with a responsibility for bearing arms. Those who are deemed not responsible dont have the right..😷
