Exactly. And the government can feed how many elderly disabled people and veterans and or ensure them but that is too expensive but we can give $1,000 to every single newborn baby for the next 4 years

@KingofBones1 Child benefit to 3,000 families still makes far more economic and moral sense than subsidising an elderly billionaire's weekend hobby.

@SunshineGirl maybe so but nowhere doesn't say he's giving up his Hobby does it? Nor does it say any of them are. So when you measure cutting off many needy people of adult age versus people who are brand new born who don't even need money yet to shop good I'm sure you can do the math

@KingofBones1 I'd like to fund both groups if it helps reduce poverty. If I have to choose between them, children are a longer term investment for the furure.
