@AbsolutelyFabulous 🤔yes maybe a way for the italian government too deal with this. but it is more the urges that need too be controlled just as much 🤷♂

@smiler2012 My take on it is that the chemicals do subdue the urges ...they don't actually change the persons genitalia.
