The Days of Reckoning
It is becoming quite clear that in the wake of this past election a tsunami of economic misfortunes will wash away all of the economic gains that were painfully made during the Biden years. Following this tsunami will be repercussions that will leave many in disbelief and dismay. It is quite apparent that this new Trump Administration is hell bent on a perverse sense of nationalism. The caliber of individuals that will make up his cabinet one might say a cabinet of deplorables'. And if you consider Musk as an advisor, the richest person in the world, adds a new level of sleaze into what promises to be a rude awakening for all those who were beguiled by Trump.
The days of reckoning are now coming to roost. This past election proved that too many were ignorant of what are the actual causes of the inflationary trends that are straining all of our pocketbooks. The silent majority have spoken but now many are facing voters' remorse for they failed to heed what a mockery Trump has made of our political process. As if a giant shadow has blanked the American public's ability to see like that old opening to Superman: Truth, Justice and the American way.
But let us not forget that the Biden Administration has also failed to recognize the dangerous foreign policy decisions that have antagonized Russia and much of the Mid-East. Our government has greatly endangered the whole world by our blatant disregard for the sanctity of life. The US has for decades become he foremost warmonger across the globe. And what do we have to show for it? We now have a world on the brink of World War III.
It is in Ukraine that we forgot it was that nation who first created the tensions by their Covid 19 and biological weapons lab experiments. As one would expect Russia became quite anxious. With US backing things just escalated to the point where we are today; minis billions of US taxpayers' money and military hardware including long range missiles. Compounding the tensions in Europe the US under this current Administration is aiding Isreal in their quest to defend themselves all the while provoking other Mid-East countries into armed reprisals.
The US by virtue of our long-standing approach in foreign policy directives has aided and abetted foreign NATO allies and Isreal in defense of their own national interests as well as our own self-interests. By doing so the United States has taken on much of the world's antagonists. And now with Trumps appointed Secretary of State Mark Rubio global tensions will only get hotter.
What our government under President Biden has done only heightened the conflict in Ukraine. A conflict that should never have begun in the first place. As far as Russia is concerned the US remains a major factor escalating instead of seeking an amicable resolution to this travesty in Europe. The days of reckoning with Trump's Administration will come sooner than later. Like the present administration the Trump administration will also fail to see what is really needed to secure a world that brings peace, prosperity and health to nations all over the world.
