You can practice your religion all you want. But if your religion makes you incapable of providing medical care and actively puts others in harm's way you have no business running a hospital.

You have the right to be religious but you don't have the right to imposed your beliefs on people who happen to walk into your business and put their lives in danger because of it.

And when they are finding mass graves of children at Catholic residential schools calling the Catholic Church pro life is a huge stretch.
