No it wasn't. The KKKlinton 90s gave us the sub prime mortgage housing crisis, a Middle East that decided to cut oil production to raise oil prices (and that was a KKKlinton act) and a ticking 911 time bomb, which was put into place the last four years of KKK's disastrous presidency. He left GW the WORST economy of all time and a ticking 911 time bomb.
As bad as it got during GW's term, it was better than ANY Democrat regimes. Then Saddam Hussein Obama came in a destroyed the economy again, (as well as pay for the Wuhan lab which produced the Covid epidemic.)

Clinton cut wages in half by ending the welfare program. Moms used to be on welfare so they could raise kids. Bill Clinton sent them to work nights for Walmart instead. Good times?

@Roundandroundwego KKKlinton did NOT end any welfare program. Welfare spending did NOT decrease under his disastrous two terms. (In fact, it is AGAINST FEDERAL LAW for any welfare spending to be cut, or the rate of increase be cut, thanks to the law Nixon signed.)
KKKlinton's foreign policy basically blew up the MIddle East and President Bush (as well as the workers in the World Trade Center) inherited the effects.
