I'm curious if Slovenia has become rattled by the Soviet invasion of Ukraine and what that might have done to any thought of revitalization of it's infrastructure? You'd stated that your rail system was in need of modernization. I would see that as a real target internally for bringing in both more tourism and Euro-trade and shipping potential.
