@Gangstress yes, I work for a department store in the household goods section, and one of the suppliers sent in starch sprays which are white bottles, stained with black streaks.

I can't sell that to a customer

@Longpatrol that's odd but yes customer service should not lapse if its b2b. I always kept that intact to keep our reputation optimised
