Why does my body wait until I’m on a trip to get a cold 😒

It's not unusual. Your body may have immunities to the cold viruses circulating where you live. Then you go to a different area and come in contact with a strain you haven't been exposed to.

At least that's what someone shouted out on a bus a couple of years back.

New places, new germs and even travelling can be a bit of a whack to the system. I hate travelling for that very reason, I always get sick.

maybe you aren't careful what you touch and caught germs in your travels?

why does mine wait till after a shower before it wants to take a dump?..
