Nobody mentions that it was started by America placing their own missiles in Turkey that were aimed to fire at Moscow?

@Heartlander I doubt whether the media got sniff of the concentration camps, as there was a press embargo.
And the concentration camps in France were not admitted until the early nineties.
Even when Coventry was heavily bombed, it was referred to simply as a town in the midlands.
