I don't like wealth inequality. I think Capitalism creates wealth inequality.
Not only that Capitalism has broken down the family nucleus. The system will collapse because of the socio conditions it creates.

People deserve different level of wealth. You deserve an outcome based off what you contribute. I mean we dont all get to date supermodels. We do not all get to drive Lambos. We do not all get ocean side houses. That is okay with me. Life has many components and financial is just one of those. Capitalism brings innovation and efficiency. Those are noble goals. Also it brings accountability and freedom.

@BohoBabe Okay now the fear and panic over AI. No invention has ever ruined society short of military stuff. AI will do amazingly positive things. Adjustments will have to be made. The freak out is just that a freak out. Medical advancements, traffic flow recognition, criminal recognition. Hopefully government fraud recognition. I am team AI 100%. I am team data center 100%. What politicians should be doing is building nuclear plants and doing everything possible to make us MORE ENERGY DOMINATE!

Drugs and moral decline and many things have broken down the family. Capitalism gives me people freedom and opportunity which can lead them to not have families. I happen to be a single person. I am pretty sure birth rates are really low in the large none capitalist countries. Birth rates are low in the countries you would call thriving socialism. As the world has become a more fun place to live, the desire to have kids goes down.

Well duh, but why do you have wealth inequality? I care much more about how the poor live than contrasting it to the rich. Global poverty and starvation has plummeted the past 10-20-50-100 years. Who cares if the world has tons of wealthy. I only care that we have less suffering. Under that metric capitalism has done an amazing job over the past 100 years. The jealous view of comparison is the totally wrong approach.

Capitalism doesn't provide inequality. A lack of drive and motivation to improve your life does. Making excuses is what keeps people down. If you want a better life go get it. Quit blaming everything and everyone for not being where you want to be. You know who hates Capitalism?? Poor people

@HenrySpanx No capitalism does drive inequality 100%. It is okay to have inequality. The goal should be opportunity and mitigation of human suffering. Not guarantees to great lives, guarantees to not horrible lives is fine with me. The problem is the socialist have a never ending desire on what the guarantees should be. Once you guarantee a certain level it sucks the motivation out of many people.

@HenrySpanx We are not talking about inequality of opportunity which you would not deny exist. We are talking about outcomes. Capitalism does lead to disparate outcomes under any measure. I am not against disparate outcomes. I think every facet of our lives has disparate outcomes based on what we do and luck that happens upon us. I celebrate success.
