How are we gonna survive Trump

how is america going to cope with somebody who lies all the time. It's just so embarrasing to watch, this stupid insecure guy, getting into these petty squabbles, all the time....

can't we get rid of this Trump guy somehow?

1. Vote Democrat in 2018 and in 2020. Don't do the third party thing. Third party votes got us Trump.
2. Keep tabs on everything that's going on so you know how to protect yourself from any of his executive orders if any one of them happens to affect you personally.
3. Donate to organizations that are now going to be in peril under the Trump administration in order to continue to help fund climate change research, human rights organizations and Planned Parenthood.
4. Speak your mind. Join protests and anti-Trump rallies. Don't let him get away with anything unconstitutional.
5. Get a passport if you don't have one. You know, just in case things get so bad that you really do have to move to Canada because the country is being bombed mercilessly as a result of a Twitter war he got into with Kim Jong-un. Have a Plan B in case the US becomes unlivable.

That's all I got.

Hey, you can vote for a candidate you support if you want. Just don't get upset if your third party vote not only went nowhere but also allowed Trump to maintain his place in the White House instead of removing him. I simply answered the question of how to get rid of him in a realistic manner. You can't always have it both ways. Third party candidates have not even come close to winning a single election as of 2016.
Jackaloftheazuresand · 26-30, M
@deadmoon: Because people are perpetuating that exact ideology.
deadmoon · 31-35, F
@jackaloftheazuresand It doesn't mean it will always be that way. I do believe we'll have a three party system someday. But this election year we were up against two of the most hated presidential candidates in the history of the US and a third party candidate STILL couldn't win the election. Couldn't even obtain enough support from voters to join in on the debates. A third party system is surely on the way, but it's going to take years. Many, many, many years before a third party candidate becomes competitive. We may not even live to see a third party candidate win an election. If it couldn't happen this election, then I have no idea what it will take but it will take a lot more than that and until then, it's not realistic.

We survived that last 8 years of dictatorship, now we can finally fix things and the healing will begin.
Ynotisay · M
I highly doubt he'll complete his term. The problem now though is that he's lost legitimacy throughout the world. That's dangerous.

@AliceSalomon: Glad you enjoyed 😏

@doctorlove: I like photos with a hidden truth... ;-)
doctorlove · M
Somewhat hidden anyhow ;)
Democrats had a highly qualified candidate who had great ideas...... too bad he was cheated out of the nomination by Hillarys minions.
katielass · F
@MisterClean254: My dog would have been a better candidate than bitchlery.
HoraceGreenley · 56-60, M
@katielass: the DNC knew Clinton would do far better in the general election so they made sure she won the nomination. Bernie would have lost by a big margin. Having said that Clinton is loathsome
Ynotisay · M
@MisterClean254: You didn't really answer the question dude. Don't worry about. Believe whatever you want. BTW...I voted for Sanders. And he lost like I knew he would. He was an inferior candidate for President. He also wasn't a Democrat. Guess he should have run as an Independent, huh? Wanting things to be a certain way and realistically implementing them are two very different animals.
I voted for him, and I think he's great! I don't understand the left wingers at all.

Some how we survived Obama. We will be much better off with Trump
I am a Trump supporter ... you need to get rid of me first

Watch him cook his own goose. You'll never see anything like this again - hopefully.
nudistsueaz · 61-69, F
Much better than the country survived Barry.
Bullcrap.
katielass · F
Keep laughing and going all schizo over him. He's outsmarted you at every turn and that will not change.
katielass · F
lol...But they're clearly nuts. He has done absolutely nothing dictatorial.
katielass · F
@MisterClean254: did you change your avi?
Yep. I change it every couple of days. LOL
adhane05 · 31-35, M
He wasn't lying about the wire tapping. There is a paper trail left behind and Obama is in hot water and he may be facing felony charges.
katielass · F
Dream on, that will never happen. He didn't face charges for lying to the FISA court to get wiretap warrants on journalists did he? Of course not and he provided what had to have been fraudulent "evidence" to show probable cause they were involved in espionage. The most powerful never face the consequences. Does anyone remember hillary?
Based on what ? It's utter lies and bullish*t to distract from Trump's and Sessions' lies.
adhane05 · 31-35, M
@bijouxbroussard: Hillary's campaign manager was on Fox & Friends acknowledging he was wiretapped.

The tweet Hillary put out in October:
The New York Times on Inauguration Day:
Mark Levin's thorough investigation on witetapping using several left wing sources: [media=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=91fNfGjZdM0]

The only thing I don't believe Trump didn't just find out about it. I remember hearing about it months ago. Sorry for the delayed response. 🙃

Not to mention the Affordable Care Act is going to be replaced with absolute shit.
Ynotisay · M
Economists are ripping it apart. Not sure if people REALLY understand how much more expensive it's going to get for them if it goes through. As it was, insurance rates were going up slower with the ACA than they were prior.
We don't need insurance reform. We need health care reform.
@HamSolo: I don't want you to have to do that either

@questionWeaver: Thanks friend.
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
Bummer the dem lib lies promoted by the media isn't working.
They refuse to accept that their behavior is going to insure a further shift to the right. It's like they live in an alternate reality...I guess they 'do' in a way.
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
@puck61:

THEY are helping US. Let them.
@Jackjjacksonjr: Exactly.
Jackaloftheazuresand · 26-30, M
OMG, a politician that plays the game, I'm astonished, this is unheard of...
