Police say the 72 year old man that shot that ice agent won't face charges

The ice agent has felony charges for attacking the father and daughter. They say the ice agent had tried to force the father on the ground and attack the daughter too when she tried to intervene, that's when the father shot the ice agent who was also a federal officer in the stomach.

The husband of the woman is a cop and put the agent in custody.

I am just guessing but figure he was carrying a firearm.
