@samueltyler2 I know many of those bereaved by the atrocity are pressing for answers to questions such as who was behind it (apart from Osama Bin Laden), who helped them without being among the highjackers themselves, and what the Saudi and US governments knew about the perpetrators.

I think they want compensation but I don't see Saudi Arabia paying any. Sadly, it won't bring back the dead, nor help those dying from diseases probably brought on by accidently inhaling a lot of smoke and dust from the collapsing buildings.

Time in the sense of them obtaining the information they want.

I believe he has untreated sleep apnea. He sure presents with some of the symptoms of it. Including falling asleep throughout the day, confusion, irritability and poor judgement. He's evidently suffered from it for a long time.
