Charges Dropped Against Man Charged With Vandalizing Trump's Reflecting Pool
Charges have been dropped against David Hearn the man accused of vandalizing the Lincoln Reflecting Pool.
The DOJ admitted in a new filing that the "damage to the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool in June 2026 was the result of flawed installation by the contractor, Atlantic Industrial Coatings, and the rush to complete the project prior to events associated with the America 250 celebration in the weeks surrounding Independence Day 2026.”

This was a fraudulent arrest, improperly “bumped up” to > $ 1,000 to make it a false FELONY arrest, she publicly threatened Davey Hearn with 10 years in prison in a very prejudicial live news conference…
Her alcoholism and public drunkenness is no excuse. And Demented Donnie said much the same on camera with the obvious intent of falsely prejudicing the Grand Jury…

@JSul3 Well, the obvious conclusion is that Demented Donnie and his two-bit, crooked no-bid contractor destroyed government property for FAR MORE THAN $ 1,000 thus making it a FELONY and they should be indicted, prosecuted, and when convicted sent to federal prison for AT LEAST ten years with no possibility of parole!
Imagine the impact on the Grand Jury when they watch that motorcade drive across the ReflectingPoolGate pool…
So now comes the inevitable compensation for wrongful arrest, etc, plus the original investigation costs... Just how much did this little make believe fuck up cost I wonder?
@Convivial And next week the contractor will probably sue the DoJ for a defamatory statement and the costs will rise further. And all because Trump decided he knew better than anyone else.
