Charges Dropped Against Man Charged With Vandalizing Trump's Reflecting Pool
Charges have been dropped against David Hearn the man accused of vandalizing the Lincoln Reflecting Pool.
The DOJ admitted in a new filing that the "damage to the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool in June 2026 was the result of flawed installation by the contractor, Atlantic Industrial Coatings, and the rush to complete the project prior to events associated with the America 250 celebration in the weeks surrounding Independence Day 2026.”
@Northwest That would have taken more planning than the current admininistration is capable of..But there are a lot of punch lines currently happening in this joke of an administration..😷
So now comes the inevitable compensation for wrongful arrest, etc, plus the original investigation costs... Just how much did this little make believe fuck up cost I wonder?
