These are in the House who voted with the Democrats.

In the Senate: Susan Collins (ME), Bill Cassidy (LA), Rand Paul (KY), and Lisa Murkowski (AK). Mitch McConnell and Dave McCormick missed the vote.

One Democrat John Fetterman of PA voted against it. The resolution passed in the Senate 50 - 48.
