Haley, in suburbia USA, innocently listens to BTS not knowing...

that she is currently holding the line for Western democracy in the Pacific Theater.

While she's busy debating whether Jimin or Jungkook is the ultimate bias, her streaming data is being logged as a successful metric by the South Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism.

She thinks she’s just buying a cute pastel sweatshirt and a ticket to a stadium tour, but in reality, she is fueling a multi-billion-dollar soft-power flywheel that keeps Seoul economically vibrant, builds an impenetrable wall of global goodwill, and secures a vital democratic buffer zone against neighboring autocracies.

Her parents want her to turn the music down, but the Pentagon is just glad she’s doing her part to maintain the global balance of power. Keep streaming, Haley. The free world is counting on you.🫡😆

As a general rule, I never really listened to any of those mainstream pop groups. (at least not the ones from the 2000's to the Present)

During the 2000's, I mainly got into music that was from way before my time. (namely music from the 1930's to the 1980's)

The only Korean song I ever heard was Hand In Hand, by Koreana, which was for the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul.
