He has absence seizures. If he were not a ranking (rino) senator he would be in a nursing home drooling over his jello. But he has corrupt staffers who are using McConnell's power (like Obama and others did Biden's) . It will all get sorted out soon. He should have retired 10 years ago.

The Guardians of Pedophiles... the GOP.... majority is so tight they can't afford for Mitch to retire. After he's embalmed they'll still drag him in and hold his arm up on key votes.
