How Will THIS World React?

[media=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ud09zSQlysk]

We truth be stranger than fiction?

Three key forces driving UFO disclosure as Trump prepares file release.

Republican representative Thomas Massie described the push to release UFO files in starkly different terms, calling it 'the ultimate weapon of mass distraction.'

'The Epstein files aren't going away... even for aliens,' Massie shared in a statement.

Rep. Massie is sadly mistaken. If - and again that's a big "if" - the United States presents conclusive evidence to the rest of the world of both the existence and contact with extraterrestrial intelligent life, it will be the single most important event thus far in human history.

Not going to say that it's impossible. Yet I suspect the odds would be like the earth falling into the sun, within my lifetime.

Been saying, for quite some time, that our own scientific methodology is way off. And even the presence, of aliens on earth, would be absolute proof of that.

By science, the speed of light, is a absolute. The presence of aliens on earth would be that extreme to science itself. Science itself believes in absolutes.

As to what would happen if aliens were found undeniably on earth?

Well even by many Trump has won both elections. That type of denial would certainly apply. Yes, even by those in science. As well as the fact that fear is instinctual. Even in animals, which we are, fear is instinctual.

@HoochieTheClown Yeah I think he will play this alien thing for all it's worth. And he will do it 2 kinds of ways - make him self look like a universal hero - and make other presidents look bad. I just made up a joke that I got to share.

Aliens: Ring ring.
Trump: Who's there?
Aliens: Aliens.
Trump: Aliens who?
Aliens: Aliens who heard you had a really really big brain.
Trump: Yes I have been told that is the biggest and most beautiful brain in the universe.
Aliens: Sounds delicious - we will be right there.
Cheers!

@Nanoose hahaha, 😄 I tell ya though, if aliens are as smart as people say, they are going to know tRump isn't real bright. A very light snack at best.
Nanoose · 70-79, M
@HoochieTheClown Yeh plus they would know that he is full of trans fats so they would look for a healthy alternative. I think that the belief that alliins are real smart will really bug trump because he figures he is the only smart one. Cheers!

Here's my honest take. I genuinely do not think that at this point, it would be surprising to anyone to learn that aliens are real and have visited this planet. If there are people who still would find that a surprise, it's on them.

But I'll tell you what would happen. If the aliens who have been monitoring us were to publicly announce to everyone that they were real, human civilization would almost immediately fall apart, and people would revert to a childlike state, expecting the aliens to solve all our problems for us.

There's precedent for me stating that so definitively. Whenever an advanced human civilization encounters a more primitive civilization, there's a non-zero chance of that happening, which is why it is considered imperative to leave less advanced civilizations alone. It is safe to assume that a civilization that has mastered interstellar travel is far more advanced than we are, and has technologies we would beg to use.

@LordShadowfire Of course the tech billionaires would try to buy it from the aliens. 😄

No one will care. Lot's of people know alien life visits earth. The reason no one will care is that the people coming to earth don't realy interact. Maybe with a few people here and there but none of them ever opened a business or a web site or sold any books or anything else.

Rep Anna Paulina Luna R (FL) has promised to hold a press conference and show "materials or information of nonhuman origin".

That's a pretty bold statement. But I believe after all is said and done we won't know any more than we do now. Which is basically nothing.

In my opinion aliens are not and never have been present on earth. But we know what they say about opinions and butt holes.

@MoveAlong I definitely disagree with you, but this is one of those times when we can agree to disagree while we await evidence. But the one thing we can both agree on is that if they are real, they're not going to solve all our problems for us, which is what people seem to think.
@beckyromero Just a thought. If aliens are more advanced than us, they could also be more advanced in AI. That is something that we are just learning and beginning to use and be a type of communication device or machine. 🤔

@beckyromero I would never say with conviction that we have not been visited. I've been a science fiction fan for as long as I have been able to read. A lot of sci-fi today is being written by accomplished scientists and physicists. I've been exposed to almost every scenario that might be plausible for interstellar travel.

I also live in Huntsville, AL. Over the years I have attended numerous public forums and talks by leading NASA scientists. The consensus seems to be that there is no evidence that aliens have visited earth. Just last month NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman said he has "not seen anything to suggest that we have been visited by any intelligent life forms"

Some astrophysicists believe that interstellar travel by living organisms may not be achievable due to all the problems that will have to be overcome to even survive the trip.

If you get bored sometime you might find this interesting:
