They literally had a comic where Superman saves the world again and the president has a hissy fit on twitter claiming he’s done more for America than Superman ever did.

I mean, i think there are multiple stories where Lex Luthor is the president and we know he's no good lol

@Pikachu yeah they’ve done that and he always destroys everything. Even in that show supergirl they had a whole season about the president and lex luthor working with russia.

And whenever there's a story line where Superman is authoritarian...we see how terrifying and wrong that is and how he loses his humanity
