Trump tried to strangle Iran with a noose now tigtening around his own neck.

Trump pinned Iran to the wall and practically forced it, for its own survival, to block the key global transport artery. He now demands that other countries such as the UK, Germany and China engage in solving the problem in the form of an assault on Iran. Such phenomenal cheek is a political characteristic of Donald Trump.

Iran has Trump by the throat. America's allies refused to send naval vessels to help Trump in the Strait of Hormuz. Why should they when US Navy ships are lurking at a safe distance like scared dogs?

@ron122 I was watching a Jewish man who is a very intelligent man say that he voted for Trump 3 times. He did a lot of work for Trump's campaign. He said since the war with Iran began he no longer supports Trump. Personally my support of Trump wavered about the time of Covid and Trump's reaction to it. It never recovered although I preferred Trump to Harris. Doesn't mean I supported Trump after Covid but there is no way I could ever support Harris.

I am not going to say Iran has Trump by the throat. But I definitely agree that in his ego, he massively miscalculated and misjudged the situation. The war almost over? All he did was replace one "Supreme Leader" with one that is even more hard line - especially since his father, wife and children were killed.
