Spain gives Trump the finger.

His conservative predecessor allowed the pact for George W Bush's disastrous "War on Terror" to be signed on Spanish soil. This is a hand-wrapped political gift for a struggling progressive politician.

Trump still does not seem to have grasped the idea that Spain is a member of the strongest trading bloc in the world. Any threat to a single EU member can be neutralised fairly painlessly.
