There are some people like that on the Left and the Center. But MAGA is founded on anti-reality. They are ideologically opposed to truth as a concept, which is why right-wing media is nothing but grifters. Even liberal media isn't like that.

The fact my response has upset people from both sides makes me feel like the analysis is pretty much on target.

You may consider yourselves progressives, perhaps even Democrats or liberals. I don't know, and I really don't care. Labels are meaningless to me. But evidently they matter enough to at least one of you that because I'm bisexual you believe can read my mind, and tell me what I should think and say.

That's the problem. Too many arrogant tone deaf partisans with so much to tell everyone else about how to vote and live, but no time to listen, face facts, or
admit mistakes.

Here's my point: If liberals or the left, or whatever brand you want to own can only point fingers at the other side and say - "They're worse!!" they will never win lasting support.

When Dems had real power to level the playing field for working people, they threw it away. Only a few months ago when they claimed they'd shutdown government to protect health insurance for low income & middle class families - they caved.

And I'm supposed to feel good because they make endless speeches about LGBTQ rights, or write op eds about systemic racism - when they can't even protect the voting rights we already have.

My original response along with the video I attached, was a criticism of radical extremist mindsets on both sides. Are you saying that you personally identify with one of the radical wings on either side of the political spectrum, and feel attacked ?

You said the Right and the Left are both beyond reason. That's what I disagree with. You're equating the Right, which is fundamentally opposed to truth, with the Left, which has all of the same complaints about the Democrats that YOU have. The problem is that Liberals keep electing moderate centrist-ass Democrats instead of actual Leftists.


I did. There is no left-wing or liberal media that tells blatant lies 24/7 like right-wing media. This is evidence that MAGA is fundamentally anti-truth. The entire right-wing establishment is lying about things that are on video, that we can easily verify.
Remember the Dominion Lawsuit? That happened because Fox actually started telling the truth about Trump losing the 2020 election. But their viewers didn't want to hear that, so they stopped watching, thus driving Fox to tell the same lies Newsmax and OAN were telling.

I despise the Democrats and most liberal media. But when you say Fox is just as bad as CNN, you're running defense for Fox. You're looking at two people, only one of them being a pathological liar, and then saying well, they all lie.

Yes, any type of extremism that leaves no room for compromise is bad.

But try to understand, it's only the Right that is like that on a fundamental level. Even just now, when you criticized the Democrats for caving to the Fascists, you sided with the Left. Your beef with the Democrats is that they're too centrist, when they should be further Left.

Of course there are NPC extremists on the Left too. But on the Left, they're the fringe. I'll even say that most Liberals are good people, their NPC loons are also the minority. But on the Right, it's just a death cult where the extremist fringe is the norm.
