Do ICE agents not get uniforms?

Serious question. The photos I see, most are just wearing their own clothes and an ICE vest, and hats with whatever commercial logo or brand.

If no uniforms, why?

Probably for the same reason the NSDAP became associated with brown shirts. It was what was readily available at the army surplus shop (I am not kidding).

I think they have uniforms but are not suited for cold weather, so they improvise to keep warm

@fanuc2013 If you looked at what you can see with your own eyes, the private donations were only funded to $250 million (the original price).
