Specifically, I do believe that pundits and other democrat leaders should NOT be encouraging people to document and harass ICE. They should know better and I hope some of them get sued.

@SumKindaMunster in the days of cell phone cameras, dashcams, door bell cams, renegade gotcha journalism, and tic toc, this seems to be the common MO. No different than when folks were encouraged to video polling places and ballot counting. No different than an ICE agent filming with his own personal phone rather than doing his job.
I think telling people to not film or document is fundamentally un American. Remember, the whole stink about the Somali daycare came about from a rogue journalist’s film. But I think it is reasonable to instruct people that documenting and filming is important, but discourage them from interfering people from doing their lawful jobs, and that the evidence they gather is may be more valuable than encouraging chaos and possibly endangering the lives of others.
