I think he gets it from Hunter.

@DogMan Several of his FOX Noise work colleagues called him out for his drug and alcohol abuse. Unlike Hunter, while he didn't admit to having a substance abuse problem, he did promise not to take a drop of alcohol IF he was confirmed as Secretary of Defence.
I have never taken drugs, so I don't know what the effects are when working out, but from what I see from people who take pre-workout concoctions, it makes them jittery and puts into questions if their gains are genuine.

@DogMan I mean, it's impressive when you see the lifting and the results from those that take the pre-workouts and not going to lie, I've been offered and tempted, but I don't know... it just seems like it defeats the purpose (at least my purpose) for working out. As you know, I get discouraged because my progress is so slow, but I'm not sure I want to share credit for fast gains with the drugs or deny it had anything to do with it.

@MarkPaul If you don't need the energy, don't take it. If you are hitting each muscle group
twice a week, and getting enough protein, the gains will come.
Do you take Creatine? It is something that everyone should take, especially old dudes like
me. Not only for the muscles, but also the brain. Thousands of studies have been done on it.
