He certainly has an addictive personality disorder; whether it’s due to or in addition to his alcoholism is difficult to say. While his paranoia might be secondary to his chronic alcoholism, it more likely represents a separate personality disorder as well. It would be interesting to know if it preceded his alcoholism.

His “he man wannabe” false bravado screams ANABOLIC STEROID ABUSE. And his silly social media post with RFK, Jr shows that he can’t do a regulation chin up if his life depended on it. But he was likely drunk in that video anyway…

There are high placed calls to remove him primarily for his dangerous incompetence and his paranoia, but additional substance abuse might very well be part of the picture.

But the exact causes are really academic—he’s grossly incompetent, dangerous, and a deeply flawed individual who simply can never be counted on to be remediated. He must be removed from office and face the international, maritime, LOAC, and domestic charges against him.

I’m not really sure but in the photo below it looks like he is doing the universal sign for “I got some premo blow”. But my guess is he mixes alcohol with steroids.
