I think Trump has had four bankruptcies (far from the every-business-lie you told), all with a fantastic upside. The losses are tax-deductible, and bankruptcy is a valuable business tool. Trump has successfully created and owned over 250 multimillion-dollar companies and is a billionaire personally. His children are millionaires and run his various private business activities. What have you done (other than slander the president)?
This White House renovation does stand out from past renovations. For example, Obama's renovation cost the taxpayers $373 million. Trump's, which is being done to create a grand ballroom (which has always been needed), costs the taxpayers $0.
Trump and private donors are footing the bill and giving it to the US government, which he leads.
Notmesam you have no idea what you are saying. I have to agree with @TexChik . Trump said early on he knows how the govt BS works and he uses it to his advantage. He has shown us who the traitors in government are. The Dems are trapped. They wont even agree to their own budget because they think it makes Trump look bad. Nothing in govt is as it seems.
That's one way! Vulture capitalism is far more successful than most farms! The two pro capitalism parties will always make sure a predatory class runs the government. Americans are completely united, in that!
@dancingtongue So Congress is the problem, okay. Something you should know. If they tax the red states more, then Congress will just spend more. Doesn't solve the problem.
@nudistsueaz That is a valid concern. But until Red states begin paying their own way like most bigger Blue States do, and holding their hands out to Congress, we may never know.
