All the nicest places have no black people. True or false?

Take this forum for example. Are there any black people here?

I can't say I've ever been anywhere that was either exclusive to or impacted by the skin color of those within. However, I cannot imagine a place that is exclusive of certain skin coloration would be populated with pleasant people.

I have never been to a place without black people. But I assume False.
