Not at all, it's political violence and nothing short of that. Fascism adoperates it intensely, but it's a completely different thing on its own (a far-rightwing ideology originated in the 1900s that imposes itself with violence), and not a synonym for politically violent people.

The alleged shooter who's name I think is Tyler, was raised in a family who supports fascist ideology, hence their far-right, evangelical extremist perspective toward their unbridled support of Trump.
I would say that Tyler only did what he was taught by his parents since his youth. There's an old say that goes, "if your mother hates cats, you will grow to hate cats as well, except you won't know why you do".
